APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of IFCA is pleased to advise shareholders
that, following Mr Craig Christensen appointment as Deputy Chief Executive
Officer of IFCA with effect from 25 September 2007, the board now announces
his appointment to the board of directors as Deputy CEO with immediate effect.
It is intended that Mr Christensen will take over the position as Chief
Executive Officer of the group in due course, when BK Wong relocates to
Australia.
A brief curriculum vitae is set out below:
Mr Craig Christensen
Craig is finalising his MBA with the Milpark Business School and a Masters
Degree in marketing (CM(SA)) from the Graduate School of Marketing Management.
Prior to his appointment as CEO of IFCA, Craig was at IBM South Africa for
seven years, where he acted in various managerial capacities, the most recent
being business development executive. Craig has a thorough knowledge and
understanding of strategic sales and marketing issues in the South African
information technology market gained through his 18 years of experience in the
information technology industry.
The board welcomes Craig and looks forward to the contribution he will make in
the growth and strategic positioning of IFCA in the Southern African market.
