WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENTS
William Tell shareholders are advised that the negotiations referred to in
the cautionary announcement dated 27 August 2007, as renewed on 13 September
2007 and 29 October 2007, have been terminated.
After extensive evaluation of a potential acquisitive growth opportunity, the
board of directors of William Tell has resolved to discontinue negotiations
in this regard. Instead the directors have unanimously resolved to focus
their attention on the preferred organic growth options at the company`s new
manufacturing premises in Krugersdorp. These opportunities are in addition to
the capacity increase currently in progress.
Accordingly, William Tell shareholders are advised that they no longer need
to exercise caution when dealing in their William Tell shares and that the
cautionary announcements previously published are hereby withdrawn.
