RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the General Meeting of shareholders held at
the Glenhove Conference Centre, Glenhove Road, Melrose Estate at 09:30 today,
the special and ordinary resolutions proposed to give effect to the change of
name of the company, were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
CHANGE OF NAME OF THE COMPANY
As a result of the above, and subject to the registration of the necessary
special resolution by the Registrar of Companies, the name of the company
will change to "Sentula Mining Limited", with effect from the commencement of
business on Monday, 26 November 2007.
