REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 3rd annual general meeting of the shareholders of Hospitality held
today, 2 November 2007, all the resolutions were passed other than the
resolution giving the directors the general authority to issue ordinary shares
for cash.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
