ACQUISITION OF ENGINEERED LININGS (PTY) LIMITED - ALL CONDITIONS PRECEDENT MET
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 31 October
2007 in which it was announced that subject to the fulfilment of certain
conditions, PSV has purchased all the issued shares in and the shareholders
claims against Engineered Linings (Pty) Limited ("Engineered Linings") .
Shareholders are advised that all conditions precedent (including the
unconditional approval by the Competition Commission Authorities) have been met.
Accordingly, the board of directors of PSV announce that the acquisition has now
become unconditional in all respects.
