Results Of Private Placing And Listing Of DVT On The Alternative Exchange Of
The JSE Limited
PRIVATE PLACING
PSG Capital (Proprietary) Limited is authorised to announce that in terms of
the private placing of shares in DVT, as detailed in the Abridged Prospectus
published on the Securities Exchange News Service on 29 October 2007, in the
press on 30 October 2007 and in the Prospectus dated 29 October 2007, 15 800
000 shares at a price of 100 cents per share were placed with select investors
("the private placing"). The private placing was substantially oversubscribed.
LISTING OF DVT
As the required public shareholder spread has been achieved pursuant to the
private placing, the listing of the issued ordinary shares of DVT on the
Alternative Exchange ("ALTX") of the JSE Limited has become unconditional.
Accordingly, 50 000 000 ordinary shares in the share capital of DVT will be
listed on ALTX from the commencement of trade on Tuesday, 6 November 2007. The
shares will trade under the abbreviated name "DVT", with share code "DTH" and
ISIN ZAE000109070.
