the adoption of The Sovereign Food Investments Limited 2007 Share Plan ("The
Plan") will be posted to shareholders on Monday, 5 November 2007.
The circular will include a notice to shareholders convening a general meeting
to be held at 09h00 on Thursday, 22 November 2007 in the boardroom of
Sovereign, Kruis River Road, Uitenhage, 6230, to enable shareholders to
consider and if deemed fit to approve, with or without modification, the
resolutions required to implement The Plan.
