CHANGE IN BOARD RESPONSIBILITIES
Pursuant to paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Company hereby informs shareholders that Jacqueline Martingano, in
addition to her role as an Executive Director, will assume the responsibility
as the Managing Director of Africa Glass SA Holdings (Pty) Limited, with
effect from 2nd November 2007. She will be directly responsible for all South
African business operations. Jackie has been with the Company for 18 years and
has an in depth knowledge of the industry and the business, which will be put
to good use in improving both operational effectiveness and efficiency. She
will continue to report directly to the CEO, Alex Barrell.
