RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the disposal and the extension of cautionary announcement released on
SENS on 7 September 2007, Fairvest linked unitholders are hereby advised that
the disposal contemplated in the aforesaid announcement is still in the process
of implementation. More particularly, the purchaser is the process of procuring
the issue of the required guarantee in respect of the purchase price, which is
expected soon. Accordingly, the directors have agreed to extend the dates for
the fulfilment of the remaining suspensive conditions.
As a consequence, Fairvest linked unitholders are advised that the successful
execution and implementation of the relevant disposal agreement may have a
material effect on the price of Fairvest securities. Accordingly, Fairvest
linked unitholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in
Fairvest linked units until a full announcement is made with regard to the
implementation and financial effects of the proposed property sale and to
provide including the prescribed detailed property information.
