DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE JDG SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for JD GROUP
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to JD
GROUP LIMITED (JDG) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a
dividend amount of 57 cents per JDGNID share instalment that is payable
on Monday, 10 December 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 30 November 2007.The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 3 December 2007
and the record date is Friday, 7 December 2007.
