The directors of Omnia are very pleased to advise that, with effect from 6
November 2007, Ralph Havenstein has been appointed as a non-executive director
of the Board. Ralph brings high level business expertise coupled with a strong
chemical engineering and mining background. His experience will contribute
significantly to the Board.
