DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON FOSCHINI LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("FOSIHB")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Foschini Limited
have declared a dividend of 118 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 7
January 2008 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the company at
the close of business on Friday, 4 January 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
FOSIHB, will receive a Foschini Limited dividend of 118 cents per security
payable on Monday, 7 January 2008. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend)
in order to participate in the dividend will be Thursday, 27 December 2007.
FOSIHB Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
dividend from the commencement of business on Friday, 28 December 2007, and
the record date will be Friday, 4 January 2008.
