Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2007, were posted to
shareholders on 07 November 2007 and contains no changes to the audited results
which were announced on SENS on Friday, 31 August 2007 and in the press on
Monday, 03 September 2007.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Command shareholders
will be held at The Extreme Hotel, 198 Bree Street, Cape Town on Tuesday, 4
December 2007 at 09:00, to transact business as stated in the notice of annual
general meeting of shareholders circulated together with the annual financial
statements.
