NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2007 posted on 7 November 2007 are unchanged from the
reviewed consolidated results which were published in the press on 24 August
2007.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of AMAP will be held in
the boardroom of Amalgamated Appliance Holdings Limited, Tedelex House, 29
Heronmere Road, Reuven, Johannesburg, at 09:30 on Friday, 30 November 2007. The
notice of annual general meeting is issued with the annual report.
