As a result of a dividend paid by Trustee Board Investments (Pty) Ltd ("TBI") in
terms of which TBI shareholders were required to elect to receive either TBI
shares or cash, and which shares were approved for issue to TBI shareholders on
31 October 2007, the following amendments to the interests of directors of
Beige have occurred. The negative movement in shareholding occurred where
shareholders did not elect to receive TBI shares or were not entitled to the
dividend payout. There was no change in the shareholding of TBI in Beige.
