NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
In compliance with paragraph 3.22 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements,
shareholders of Metrofile are advised that the audited annual financial
statements of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2007 will be
posted to shareholders on 12 November 2007. The Company has not published an
abridged report at this date as the reviewed financial information published on
the Securities Exchange News Service on 30 August 2007, and in the press on 31
August 2007, is unchanged and an abridged report was sent to all shareholders on
this date.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Metrofile shareholders
will be held at 9h30 on Monday, 3 December 2007 at The Park Hyatt, 191 Oxford
Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg, Guateng to transact business as stated in the
notice of annual general meeting of shareholders circulated together with the
annual financial statements.
