RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of City Lodge
shareholders held on Wednesday,
7 November 2007, all the ordinary and special resolutions as set out in the
notice of annual general meeting dispatched to shareholders on 5 October
2007 were passed, on a poll, by the requisite majorities.
The special resolution regarding the general authority to repurchase shares
will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of Companies in due
course.
