Properties Ltd Share Instalment Warrants
With reference to the abovementioned share instalment warrant, we draw your
attention to a recent announcement for the underlying Growthpoint Properties
Ltd.
Growthpoint Properties have announced a Rights Offer:
Growthpoint Properties Ltd linked unit holders will receive nil paid letters
in the amount of 8,5293 new Growthpoint Properties LTD for every 100
Growthpoint Properties LTD linked units held at record date Friday, 16
November 2007.
Holders of GRTNIC instalment holders will be affected in the following
manner:
The Share Instalment Trust will sell all Growthpoint Properties Ltd Nil Paids
at the closing price on Monday, 12 November 2007. The payment to the GRTNIC
instalment holders will be made on payment date Monday, 19 November 2007. The
last day to trade GRTNIC in order to be eligible for the cash payment is the
Friday, 9 November 2007.
The payment calculation is as follows:
Record date holdings on Friday, 16 November 2007 X (8,5293/100) x Closing
price of Nil paids on Monday, 12 November 2007.
