DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Following the sale of Control Instruments` fleet and vehicle management
interests to TeliMatrix Limited ("TeliMatrix"), non-executive director
Richard Bruyns and executive director Terry Buzer have both resigned from the
Control Instruments board with effect from 12 November 2007 to enable them to
focus on their positions in TeliMatrix. Richard has been appointed non-
executive chairman and Terry an executive director of Telimatrix.
Rod Forrester, who joined Control Instruments in 1970 and was appointed to
the board as an executive director in 1997, retires from the Group with
effect from 31 December 2007 and has resigned from the board of directors of
Control Instruments with effect from 12 November 2007.
Stuart Bromfield has been appointed as an independent, non-executive director
of Control Instruments with effect from 12 November 2007.
