Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 08 March 2007,
and renewals thereof on 04 May 2007, 21 June 2007 and 03 August 2007, as well as
the announcement of the disposal of the SAB Complex on 24 October 2007 and are
advised that the company is no longer in negotiations.
Caution is therefore no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when
dealing in their securities.
