Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 1 October 2007
advising shareholders that a proposal has been received which may result in an
offer being made by Ethos Private Equity to purchase a significant percentage of
the entire issued share capital of the company at R21,00 per share and, if the
proposal is duly implemented, the subsequent de-listing of the company`s shares
on the JSE Limited. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in their shares until a further announcement is made.
