NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Further to the publication of the detailed results announcement on SENS on 18
September 2007 of DigiCore`s audited results for the year ended 30 June 2007,
DigiCore advises that its 2007 annual report, which incorporates the audited
annual financial statements for the period, will be dispatched to shareholders
today and contains no changes from the SENS announcement.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
DigiCore will be held in the boardroom of DigiCore, at 20 Eddington Crescent,
Highveld Technopark, Centurion, on Tuesday 4 December 2007 at 10h00 to
transact the business set out in the notice of the annual general meeting,
which is contained in DigiCore`s 2007 annual report.
