UPDATED TRADING STATEMENT
Trading statement
Shareholders are advised that, subsequent to the recent audit committee
meeting, the interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2007 have been
finalised and the company expects to report a change of 1 147% from earnings
per share to a loss per share and a change in headline earnings per share of
213% from headline earnings to a headline loss per share, compared to the
prior year interim results as previously published. The current interim
results exclude the revenue and profit from the sale of The Bay as previously
disclosed on SENS on 31 October 2007.
Shareholders attention is drawn the fact that at 28 February 2007, the last
financial year end of Acc-Ross, there had been a change in accounting policy,
various changes in accounting estimates and certain reclassifications, none of
which were reflected in the previously published interim results for the
period ended 31 August 2006, on which comparatives, the trading statement
above, has been based. The 31 August 2006 interim results are in the process
of being restated in accordance with IAS 34 - Interim Financial Reporting for
the purposes of the interim results announcement and will be published in due
course.
The financial information, on which this trading statement is based, has not
been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
