DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ABL SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for AFRICAN BANK
INVESTMENTS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to AFRICAN BANK INVESTMENTS LIMITED (ABL) the Trustees of the
Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 130 cents
per ABLNIB share instalment that is payable on Monday, 10 December
2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 30 November 2007. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 3
December 2007 and the record date will be Friday, 7 December 2007.
