RESOLUTION OF ISSUES BETWEEN CAPE EMPOWERMENT TRUST AND GRAND PARADE
INVESTMENTS LIMITED (GPI)
Shareholders are advised that Cape Empowerment Trust and GPI have entered
into an agreement which is intended to resolve all outstanding issues and
disputes between Cape Empowerment Trust and GPI and various associated
entities. As a result of the settlement Cape Empowerment Trust will be
supporting GPI in its efforts to procure a listing of GPI shares on the JSE
as soon as possible.
Further details of the agreement will be made available as soon as
practicable.
