Following the recent announcement, SCHARRIG MINING LTD (SCN) will change its
name to SENTULA MINING LTD (SNU).
The Issuer will amend the Share Instalment Terms and Conditions in the following
way:
* The SCHARRIG MINING SA LTD share instalment will change its name to SENTULA
MINING LTD.
* The share instalment code will therefore change from SCNNIA to SNUNIA.
* The ISIN will change to ZAE000107223.
* The last day to trade SCNNIA will be Friday, 23 November 2007, record date
will be Friday, 30 November 2007 and trading will commence on the SNUNIA
share instalment on Monday, 26 November 2007.
