LISTING ON THE JSE LIMITED AND RESULTS OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Java Capital (Proprietary) Limited ("Java Capital") is authorised to announce
the results of the private placement of ordinary shares in the company.
Pursuant to the private placement the company placed in aggregate 40 million
shares with select investors for an aggregate subscription price of R40
million.
Subject to application cheques having cleared, refund cheques will be
available for collection from the offices of Java Capital at 2 Arnold Road,
Rosebank, 2196 from 10:00 on Thursday, 15 November 2007. Refund cheques not
collected by 14:00 on Monday, 19 November 2007 will be posted.
Accordingly, 295 232 716 shares in KayDav will be listed on the Building
Materials and Fixtures sector of the Main Board of the JSE Limited with
effect from the commencement of trade on the JSE on Thursday, 15 November
2007.
