RESULTS OF THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT
The private placement of Calgro M3 shares, which closed on Friday,
9 November 2007, was fully subscribed with strong interest from a broad
spread of institutional and retail investors.
As a result, the maximum of 18 600 000 Calgro M3 shares have been allocated
and placed at a price of 300 cents per share, raising a total amount of
R55 800 000. The settlement date of the private placement and the listing
date of Calgro M3 on the ALTX is expected to be Friday, 16 November 2007.
