NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the eight
months ended 30 June 2007 ("the annual financial statements") will be
distributed to shareholders today, 14 November 2007, and contain no
modifications to the audited results, published on SENS on Wednesday, 19
September 2007.
The annual financial statements were audited by RSM Betty & Dickson`s
(Tshwane) whose unqualified report is available for inspection at the
company`s registered office.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders
today with the annual financial statements. Notice is hereby given that
the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday, 6
December 2007 at 11:00, at the company`s registered office, 12 Gompou
Street, East Lynne, Pretoria to transact business as stated on the notice
of the Annual General Meeting.
