RESULTS OF THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND CHANGE OF SHARE CODE
The private placement of Mazor shares which closed on Friday, 09 November 2007
was substantially oversubscribed with strong interest from a broad spread of
institutional and retail investors.
As a result, 42 500 000 Mazor shares have been allocated and placed at a price
of R4.00 per share raising a total amount of R170 million. The settlement date
of the private placement and the listing date of Mazor on the JSE is expected to
be Wednesday, 21 November 2007.
The share code for Mazor, "MAZ", was not available. Consequently, the ordinary
shares in Mazor will have the share code " MZR".
