Further to the announced suspension and termination of Eland Platinum
(constituent) and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE
announces the following changes:

Cap (J202) deleted from the index.
FTSE/JSE Africa All Eland Platinum will be 19 November 2007
Share (J203) deleted from the index.
FTSE/JSE Africa Resource Eland Platinum will be 19 November 2007

be added to the index with
a shares in issue figure of
