CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
Mr I.H. Nitsche and Mr JLN Dineen have resigned as executive directors of
Kingco Holdings Limited with effect from 13 November 2007 and Mr PJM
Cotterell has been appointed as the new non-executive director on the same
date. Kingco would like to thank both the directors for their contribution
to the Holding company and look forward to their continued support as
directors of the subsidiary companies.
