Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above BCXIDB, Enhanced Distribution
Securities ("EDS") advised Holders of the breach of the stop loss level of
R6.00 in the Underlying Share, at the close of business on Monday, 12 November
2007. BCXIDB has since has been terminated.
The Rebate payment represents the number of EDS held on 12 November 2007,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Parcel over the two Business Days following
the Termination Date, over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R4.40. This
amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction to STRATE.
The VWAP Average on Tuesday, 13 November 2007 = 583.024 cents
The VWAP Average on Wednesday, 14 November 2007 = 572.2381 cents
The 2 day VWAP average = 577.6311 cents
Holders will receive 137.6311 cents for every warrant held.
