RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
1. Results of the general meeting
Further to the announcement dated Wednesday, 24 October 2007 and the circular
posted to Purple Capital shareholders dated Thursday, 25 October 2007, Purple
Capital shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Purple Capital
shareholders held at the company`s business premises today, the shareholders
unanimously approved all ordinary and special resolutions tabled. The special
resolutions will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
2. Listing of new ordinary shares
As a result of certain resolutions passed at the general meeting, 88 555 556 new
Purple Capital ordinary shares will be issued and allotted today, and will be
listed on the JSE at the commencement of business on Monday, 19 November 2007.
