of parties (including the company`s directors) had agreed to acquire shares
totalling 67.87% of the issued share capital of Buildmax, subject to the
fulfilment of the condition precedent.

successfully concluded the acquisition of the shares in terms of the afore-
mentioned acquisition agreement.
