In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the above
exchanges, notice is hereby given that the understated non-
executive directors have exercised all their share scheme
entitlements and, as a result, have acquired the following ordinary
shares in Brait S.A. on 16 November 2007. The exercise of these
options is in accordance with a revised policy on share options in
terms of which, and in line with European Union governance trends,
non-executive directors will no longer hold options.
