NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year
ended 30 June 2007 ("the annual financial statements") were distributed on
Friday, 16 November 2007 and contain no modifications to the audited results,
published on SENS on Thursday, 27 September 2007.
The annual financial statements were audited by ARC Chartered Accountants &
Auditors Inc. whose unqualified report is available for inspection at the
company`s registered office.
Notice is hereby given that the 2007 annual general meeting of shareholders
will be held on Friday, 7 December 2007 at 10:00, at the registered offices of
the company, 103 Booysens Reserve Road, Crown Mines, Johannesburg.
