As a result of the unbundling by FirstRand Limited of it`s shareholding in
Discovery Holdings Limited, Investec Bank Limited have made an adjustment to
ensure the financial position of the warrant holder is unprejudiced by this
event. The strike price and cover ratio of FSRIBW has been adjusted
accordingly. This adjustment will reflect on Wednesday, 21 November 2007. The
warrant is exercisable only in accordance with the terms and conditions as
set out in the relevant offering circular.
