TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably
certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on next will
be more than 20% different from that of the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, the unaudited financial results for the period ended 31 August
2007 has indicated that Stella Vista will be reporting a profit and headline
profit of between 3.1 cents and 3.2 cents per share, compared to a loss and
headline loss of 0.5 cents per share for the corresponding period ending 31
August 2006. It is expected therefore that Stella Vista`s earnings and
headline earnings will for the year ending 31 August 2007 will be between 700
and 710% higher than those for the corresponding period.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s
auditors. The company`s annual results for the year ended 31 August 2007 are
expected to be published around 30 November 2007.
