DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SAB SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SABMILLER
PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
SABMILLER PLC (SAB) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 106.2592 cents per SABNID share
instalment that is payable on Friday, 21 December 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 23 November 2007. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 26
November 2007 and the record date will be Friday, 30 November 2007.
