DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON BARLOWORLD LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("BAWIDD")
With reference to the final dividend announcement dated 19 November 2007, the
Directors of Barloworld Limited have declared a final dividend of 200 cents per
ordinary share payable on Monday, 14 January 2008 to ordinary shareholders,
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 11
January 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, BAWIDD,
will receive a Barloworld Limited final dividend of 200 cents per security,
payable on Monday, 14 January 2008, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated
in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade (cum the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday,
4 January 2008.
BAWIDD Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading ex the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 7 January 2008, and the record date will
be Friday, 11 January 2008.
