In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Anooraq wishes to announce that, with effect from 19 November 2007, Mr Jeffrey
Mason has resigned as company secretary. Mr Iemrahn Hassen, the company`s
Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as the new company secretary with
effect from the same date.
