Shareholders are advised that the negotiations referred to in the cautionary
announcement dated 29 August 2007, as renewed on 15 October 2007, have been
terminated.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that they no longer need to exercise
caution when dealing in their Rare shares and that the cautionary
announcements previously published are hereby withdrawn.
