Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above IPLIHB, Hot Enhanced
Distribution Securities ("Hot EDS") advise Holders of the breach of the stop
loss level of R117.00 in the Underlying Share, at the close of business on
Thursday, 15 November 2007. IPLIHB has since has been terminated.
The Rebate payment represents the number of Hot EDS held on 15 November 2007,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Parcel over the two Business Days following
15 November 2007, over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R103.50. This
amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction to STRATE.
The VWAP Average on Friday, 16 November 2007 = 11528.7 cents
The VWAP Average on Monday, 19 November 2007 = 11479.1 cents
The 2 day VWAP average = 11505.9 cents
Rebate payment of 1153.9 cents
Holders will receive 1153.9 cents for every warrant held.
