RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements ("the Listings Requirements"), the following director
has resigned from the board of directors of GijimaAst Group:
DIRECTOR: Mr NI Mhlongo
POSITION: Alternate Non-Executive Director
EFFECTIVE RESIGNATION DATE: 19 November 2007
REASON: Voluntarily step-down as alternate
non-executive director to pursue
other interests.
Mr Robert Gumede, Executive Chairman, and the other members of the Board of
