CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of Intertrading yesterday accepted the immediate resignation of Chris Jousse as
acting Chairman. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. G. G. Burelli
(Nino) as Chairman.
Mr. Jousse remains on the board as a non executive director.
