RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND SALIENT DATES OF DIVIDEND DECLARATION
Results of annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Rex Trueform
shareholders held in Cape Town on 21 November 2007 ("the AGM"), all resolutions
as contained in the notice of the AGM dated 8 October 2007 were passed by the
requisite majority.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
Approval of dividends declared
At the AGM, shareholders approved dividend number 63 of 25,0 cents per ordinary
share and dividend number 13 of 25,0 cents per "N" ordinary share for the year
ended 30 June 2007.
The salient dates of the above dividends are as follows:
Last day to trade Friday, 7 December 2007
Shares trade ex-dividend Monday, 10 December 2007
Record date Friday, 14 December 2007
Payment date Tuesday, 18 December 2007
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
10 December 2007 and Friday, 14 December 2007, both days inclusive.
