Metmar shareholders should act with discretion when dealing in Metmar
securities. Reference is made to the joint announcement by Arcelor Mittal and
Kalagadi Manganese this morning. Shareholders are reminded of Metmar`s
shareholding in Kalahari Resources (Pty) Ltd which in turn owns 80% of Kalagadi
Manganese (Pty) Ltd.
