DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SAP SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SAPPI
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
SAPPI LIMITED (SAP) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 32 US cents per share instalment that is
payable on Tuesday, 8 January 2008. The exchange rate will be
announced on Tuesday, 18 December 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 27 December 2007. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 28
December 2007 and the record date will be Friday, 4 January 2008.
