CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Pursuant to Vantage Capital (Proprietary) Limited`s sale of its shareholding in
Vox Telecom to Mvelaphanda Group Limited ("Mvelaphanda") and Lereko Metier
Capital Growth Fund and in compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Mutle Mogase
(alternate Chris Lister-James) has resigned from the board of directors of Vox
Telecom.
As previously announced, following the finalisation of the acquisition of Storm
Telecom through a vendor placing, through which vendor placing Mvelaphanda will
further increase its shareholding in Vox Telecom, Mvelaphanda will be nominating
a director for appointment to the Vox Telecom board. Details of this
appointment will be announced in due course.
The board of directors of Vox Telecom would like to acknowledge the contribution
of Mutle Mogase and Chris Lister-James on behalf of Vantage Capital which has
been an investor since the listing of the company on the AltX exchange in 2004.
